I have mostly had to wait 30 to 45 mins or more for answer and that’s often number 1 in the queue. I cannot get an actual appointment with my doctor only telephone appointment for two weeks away! And then have to wait in all day for the call, which I can then miss because we have poor telephone reception or I’m in the toilet! I have been given appointment on phone straight away with the triage nurse in an emergency situation

I would like to see my doctor not talk on phone If I have to speak on phone I would like an allocated time slot I never receive a copy of consultant letter and in fact often it’s filed without their action being taken. My doubling of anticoagulant medication was not implemented until I chased
